We have been loving any chance to sneak away for breakfast (our favorite meal to eat out)...
We had a fabulous, now key weekend and it was fabulous. We had a night out at Jimmy John's on Friday complete with some grocery shopping (isn't being married cool? we have fun Friday night dates of grocery shopping).Saturday we split ways (one of the rare times since our wedding - total newlyweds) Cam hit the golf course with his dad and I of course headed to the pool with my sisters. It was SO fun to reconnect with them. For some reason we have all kinda had our own lives going on and have failed to communicate much lately. I love my sisters. And could my nephew be any cuter?
That night we had one last Clark gathering. We were set for a BBQ and swimming...then the rains came. We settled for the dinner inside and killed some time (waiting for the rain to pass) watching our wedding video.It calmed down a little that we braved the pool, there were sudden cloud bursts (and dangerously enough - lightning), but we endured it and were rewarded with the most beautiful full rainbow I have seen in a long time. It left as quickly as it came, but I was able to get a quick shot of it.
Sunday we were able to catch up with the Jensen side of things. From moving to job loss to vacations, our family has seemed a bit out of whack with each other. The Sunday night re-grouping seemed to be just what we needed (including the Green Room Fashion Show - have I mentioned I love my sisters?).

Our life may not have a whole lot going on, but we make the best of it. Who knew being married made boring the new fun?

Haha, so true. It definitely changes things but it's oh so great! BTW, I watched that little video of your wedding highlights and I LOVED it! Probably the best wedding video I've seen....seriously.

That little boy of mine is so cute if I do say so myself. Love when he gets so excited and smiles. It was fun to get together this last weekend. We really have all been living life and it was good to see one another.
