I wish I had an overly exciting blog post filled with pictures and recaps of my vacation, but since the pictures are either on Jake's or Mom's camera, there is going to be a delay. Overall it was a great trip and it was so fun to see where Jake lives, witness the Big House and Utah's victory, and experience Chicago. I have been told the sign of a good trip is when you love it while you’re there, but ready to come home when it’s done. I was ready to come home but had to come home and hit the ground running.
Missing a week of school and work makes for some catch up and extra work. After a full busy day at work, I headed straight to school for a mandatory meeting for my film class. It was a long class and took up my whole night. Luckily, I have great friends that wanted to meet up for dinner and a visit to The Pie was made. I just love The Pie and being there with my best friends was the best! Tonight looks like a trip to the fair! After some response to my previous post about my love for the fair, I was able to convince some people to go with me. Fair food here I come!
Tomorrow will be yet another hectic day. Trent and Amy, being the running athletes they are, are running a race in the morning so the kiddies are mine for the morning. I am so looking forward to some time with them and playing with them! I also have to go to a make up class from 12:30 to 4:30 (fun right?). The real excitement of the day is the Utah vs. UNLV game tomorrow night! After last week's game, I am so excited for football and a home game! Does it get any better than a college football game on a Saturday?
Hopefully life will slow down and I will get into a routine, but for now it's full speed ahead.
(P.S. I am VERY interested in attending the Utah vs. Utah State game next weekend but I am lacking in finding anyone to go with. If anyone is interested and wanted to make a little trip to Logan let me know!)

Are you sure you want life to slow down? It sounds like you're doing such fun things. I'm jealous.
Did you go to The Pie last night? I was going to call you to hook-up since I was flying solo, but I thought you had a class at the U? Anyhoo, can't wait 'til the game tomorrow night too. I'm excited. It'll be interesting to see how the game goes with Annie. I don't have high hopes.
Glad you're back in town. Now, get some freakin' pics of your trip!
I am glad your back. Sort of. Not sort of glad your back, but that sort of your back. We haven't really seen you. I am glad you had fun on your trip! You better post some pics!
I want to go with you!!
I am glad your back and I can't wait to see the pictures. I have to agree with you that there really is nothing better than Saturday college football games. GO UTES!!
Sorry about that make-up class. That is along time to be in class. You are so close to having all this over with.
