Closing Ceremonies

The week long celebration of National Jill Day is officially over, and it was one great week! The week concluded with lunch on Friday at one of my favorite places, Chili's, with my good friend Jerome. It was really fun and good food!

Saturday the fun continued when I met up with my mom for lunch (A free meal at Noodles & Co. for my birthday, so good!) then we went and visited Jamie and watched James soccer game (so funny!). Then we went off and got pedicures (with a discount for my birthday as well). I just loved getting to spend the day with my mom (I didn't think to take pictures to capture the celebration, so I stole this picture from Heidi's blog).

That night I met up with Raul for the last of my celebrations. We headed off to get ice cream before catching our movie, "Maid of Honor." This was to continue the McDreamy theme of my birthday (he is always so cute, and that movie is no exception). We then took a drive to kill some time before we were to go eat dinner. He was so nice and surprised me with dinner at The Melting Pot. It was so good! I ate so much and it was fun to just sit and talk (and drink a million Diet Cokes). He is such a good friend!

I want to thank everyone again for making this birthday the best one ever! Everyone was so nice to do all that they do and to cater to my overwhelming excitement for my birthday. I loved getting to spend so much time with all my favorite people. I love you all!

Incase anyone was wondering, its only 361 more days until National Jill Day!
