Jacob

Tonight I was checking my e-mail when my brother Jacob IM me. I was surprised and happy as we started talking. Our conversation progressed and we were able to talk about a lot of things and a lot of things of the heart. As I was talking to him I was overcome with emotions and started to cry. I thought at first it may have been what we were talking about, but soon realized it was because of my abundant love for him. Jacob is one of the people that has always impressed me. I have this amazing admiration for him and think the world of him. He is my big brother and that could be part of it, but he has always set such a good example. He is smart, spiritual and is just one of those people who is "cool" without even trying. I don't know quite how to explain everything I admire about Jacob.

We haven't always had a close relationship but I feel like I have a special connection with him. As we talked tonight I felt so blessed to have him in my life.
