Christmas Eve Breakfast

This morning part of my family when to Market Street Grill for a holiday breakfast. You would think by going to a nice restaurant you would have a good experience, but let me explain what happened. When we first got there we had to wait just over 30 minutes and while waiting in the waiting room an employee one by one came and took the chairs we were occupying. Then when we sat down we waited for about 15 minutes for our waitress to come take our orders. We placed our orders for our drinks and then she wanted to take our orders for our meals. She was like a high pressure salesman, pushing you to make a decision. She wasn't very patient and often rude. We waited another 15 minutes before she finally brought out my watered down Diet Coke and cold "hot" chocolate. Needless to say our food was a little bit longer and waiting for the check was fun too. Although it wasn't the best customer service, we had excellent food and I would defiantly go back.

I know I complain about this waitress's service, but I myself am in customer service and regardless of having a bad day or bad customers, you still serve them the best you can. I had no patience for her and I guess that is my fault.
