Yesterday was Ashlee's wedding - it was an amazingly beautiful day.
It was {mostly} documented with pictures...
We headed to the temple...
Wearing our designated colors, ties, and jewelry...
Walked to the temple in the beautiful morning weather...
Attending the beautiful sealing in the Salt Lake temple - this was a first live sealing for me and it was so special to get to be there for Ashlee and share in this special day.
Luckily I love Ashlee enough to brave the extreme heat in a black dress and melt my face off while waiting for her (as you can tell, I was more than happy to do so - but I am only posting this picture as proof of the extreme heat).
Cheered as the bride and groom walked out - as happy as can be - and quickly stole my chance at a hug.
Spent awesome time with my own eternal companion waiting around for pictures...
and waiting...
... and waiting - but taking refuge in any shade we could find.
We then went to the wedding dinner and were among her closest friends and family in this intimate dinner - it was lovely.
The day was absolutely wonderful. Ashlee is a dear friend to me and it was such a neat experience to be a part of all this with her - from the temple the night before and throughout the whole wedding day. Our friendship has been on that ebbs and flows a bit - but there is a bond that we share that I feel is what true friendship are made of. I was filled with emotion all day with how happy I was for her and Brock and the wonderful journey they are about to begin.
There are more pictures to come - Ashlee had her camera that I seized at the wedding dinner and filled with awesome random pictures of me and other nonsensical things (only to find out later that the camera she was using was in fact Brock's dad's - awesome. I hope he has a sense of humor).
Ashlee and Brock- I am so happy and excited for you! Thanks for letting Cam and I be a part of your special day.

You two look great! I'm glad it was such a good day for Ashlee (despite the heat). The only thing missing from this post are pictures of her!
You LBD looks fab! And yes, it looks like it was hot. Congrats to Ash. Marriage is the greatest.
