Dew Tour 2010

Saturday night Ashlee, Brooke, and I headed out to do some "service." I use this term lightly because our motivation in doing it was completely selfish. We decided to take advantage of Disney's "Give a Day, Get a Day" where you give a day of service and you get a free day at Disneyland. This was a perfect opportunity for our pending Spring Fling Getaway in April.

The service we were able to sign up for was at the Dew Tour. Pretty cool service venue, right? We thought it would be fun, and it was, but we did have to stand in the cold, holding a sign, directing people, for two hours.

One of the best parts of our service was that the drive on the shuttle up to snow basin was about 50 min. This cut out nearly two hours of our service time. Given the long bus ride, we of course had to have some entertainment, which came in the form of Brooke (and we may or may not have been rebuked for taking pictures).
(Don't worry, I just have a bloody nose)

So we basically worked two hours for a jam packed day of the Happiest Place on Earth - FOR FREE! Not to mention I got to spend the evening with two of my favorite people.
